Our Eastern Galapagos Yacht Itinerary starts with a tour of South Plaza Island, lined by turquoise waters and inhabited by many iguanas, bird species, and numerous sea lion colonies. The next day will see us visiting the islands of Santa Fe and San Cristobal; the former provides fascinating moments with unique landscapes and species, while the latter showcases giant tortoises and laidback island life.
After that, we’ll explore more remote regions of San Cristobal Island, which offer fun aquatic activities, stunning vistas, and tons of wildlife. Rounding out this Galapagos itinerary is spectacular Española Island, home to the giant bird in the archipelago and epic coastlines!
Enjoy the mesmerizing terrain of this tiny little island that you’ll loop the entirety of in one go. Along the way, you’ll get to enjoy the carpets of scarlet succulents covering the land, which a multitude of land iguanas can often be seen eating. As we circle the coastline, you’ll see colonies of sea lions and many marine birds flying overhead.
Disembark and venture across the towering cacti (which you can touch and even hug thanks to their very soft thorns) and enigmatic scenery that adorns this unique island. Not only that, but the island is the only home to an endemic species of land iguana. Aquatic activities are offered on this island that put you in touch with the native sea life, such as sea lions and fish.
Revel in the stunning vistas available at remote Cerro Brujo and Punta Pitt, located on the island’s far side. Numerous aquatic activities are available here. Later in the day, you’ll also briefly enjoy the laidback island life in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno before visiting a giant-tortoise breeding centre.
Explore the fascinating variety of bird colonies present on this island. The large waved albatross (present between April-December) is one of the biggest attractions here. Geological phenomena and epic coastlines await to take your breath away, and all topped off with a visit to one of the most beautiful beaches in the archipelago, where exciting aquatic activities are offered.

Our Western Galapagos Yacht Itinerary opens up with a tour of North Seymour Island, one of the most spectacular places in the archipelago with birds and unique scenery. The next day, we’ll wake up to the youngest and largest islands in Galapagos — Isabela and Fernandina — and embark on a spectacular tour of their geology, native wildlife, and human history.
After that, we’ll visit Rabida Island and Dragon Hill, each with its unique set of nature and beaches. Next, Santa Cruz awaits to provide us with insights into the conservation efforts underway while marvelling at giant tortoises! Lastly, Floreana Island is our final visit, taking our breath away with its gorgeous scenery and amusing human history.
Rounding out this Galapagos itinerary is captivating North Seymour, with its fair share of frigatebirds, blue-footed boobies, and swallow-tailed gulls. As we make our way through the sprawling Palo Santo tree forest, we’ll make it to the other side of the island, where sea lions, marine iguanas, and beautiful sunsets are quite common.
Admire the epic and beautiful coastline of one of the largest islands in the Galapagos. In addition to the dramatic geology found here, you’ll also enjoy the chance to hop aboard our glass-bottom boat or go snorkeling in the presence of green sea turtles, playful sea lions, ocean sunfish, and even penguins, possibly!
Fascinate yourself with the mesmerizing canvas of recent lava flows that have amassed across the terrain. Home to one of the largest colonies of marine iguanas, you’ll want to watch your step, too! Snorkeling is offered here, with the possibility of seeing and even swimming alongside flightless cormorants and penguins.
Rabida never fails to stun the eyes with its mesmerizing crimson-red beach and towering hillsides. Here you’ll get to enjoy a tour across its spectacular terrain and the nearby saltwater lagoon, allowing you to see flamingos, sea lions, and marine iguanas. The opportunity to go snorkelling here is available, too.
Home of the Charles Darwin Research Station and one of the largest giant tortoise populations in the archipelago. This island provides an exquisite sense of the ongoing conservation efforts underway, and the care native islanders take in protecting the wildlife and the environment. Giant tortoises are also seen in their natural habitat in the lush and verdant highlands.
On this island, immerse yourself in the human history of the Galapagos by partaking in the unique act of sending mail through a barrel that’s been functioning as a post office for over two centuries! You’ll also enjoy gorgeous beaches frequented by flamingos, herons, and numerous other birds. Snorkelling, glass-bottom boat, kayaking, and paddleboarding are offered here.

Our Northern Galapagos Yacht Itinerary begins by taking you up into the lush highlands of Santa Cruz Island, where giant tortoises can be seen roaming around in their natural habitat. The following day, we’ll check out the coastline of Eden Islet while also getting a chance to partake in a variety of exciting aquatic activities that will bring us close to all the wildlife. Also on this day, we’ll check out Chinese Hat Islet, which showcases beautiful views and plenty of Galapagos creatures to admire.
Next up are spectacular Bartolome and Santiago, islands that provide scenic views like nowhere else, along with numerous wildlife viewing opportunities and activities to partake in. Lastly, we’ll visit gorgeous Genovesa Island, which is home to one of the largest birds in the archipelago, a stunning coastline, and a beautiful beach.

Situated off the coast of Santa Cruz, this island provides Guests with the opportunity to get close to a number of creatures that live along the coast and in the water. These include blue-footed boobies, reef sharks, and frigatebirds. Several aquatic activities are provided here.
This islet makes for a beautiful afternoon visit as we explore the wildlife along its trail, which begins at a crescent-shaped, white sand beach. The cove offers excellent swimming and snorkelling opportunities amongst white-tipped reef sharks and Galapagos penguins.
Step off onto the golden beach of this jaw-dropping island and admire the incredible views and landscapes it offers. Bartolome is often referred to as the “postcard” island in the Galapagos, with its iconic peninsula that’s adorned by the towering Pinnacle Rock. As icing on the cake, this island also affords one the chance to see and even snorkel alongside Galapagos penguins!
Beautifully rugged, with a well-eroded coastline consisting of tuff stone layers and lava flows, Santiago delights not only with its vistas but a substantial bit of human history, too. Here you’ll learn about the salt mine that once existed on the island, followed by the chance to take a dip in the waters and swim alongside sea lions, sea turtles, and reef sharks!
One of the most remote yet by no means less beautiful islands in the Galapagos. Genovesa enchants with its reputation as being known as “bird island”, with thousands of feathery creatures to be seen. Additionally, we’ll anchor inside a sunken crater that gives us the benefit of being surrounded by a stunning cliff line. Numerous exciting aquatic activities are available here.
